Helsinki, Lisbon, Paris central division and Milan central division have received 1 infringement action each
➡️ 271 counterclaims for revocation that come from 150 individual infringement actions have been filed with the Court’s local and regional divisions
◾ Provisional Measures
➡️ 74 applications for provisional measures, evidence preservation, inspection, and asset freezing
◾ Revocation actions
➡️ 56 stand-alone revocation actions were filed

🏛️ Court of Appeal
◾ To date, the Court of Appeal has received:
– 48 appeals under RoP220.1 (litera a or b),
– 36 appeals under RoP220.1 litera c, 71 appeals under RoP220.2 and
– 3 appeals under RoP221.
◾ The Court of Appeal has also received:
– 15 requests for discretionary review,
– 18 applications for suspensive effect and
– 25 applications for an order for expedition of an appeal
– 3 applications for rehearing under RoP245
