Enforcement dispute. Samsung earlier successfully obtained an injunction against Digital Revolution et al for patent infringement. Later, it became apparent that HP took over the printing division of Samsung. According to the Court it is sufficiently clear that Samsung and HP (S-Printing) meant to also transfer the execution rights when transferring the patents related to the printing division. There is nothing to indicate that Samsung will now still execute the judgment.
