Registration is now open for the EPLAW Congress & General Assembly 2026 and the 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner & Party
As previously announced, this year’s EPLAW Congress and General Assembly will take place at The Hotel in Brussels on 27 November 2026. EPLAW members have today received by email an invitation including a link for registration.
This year, to celebrate EPLAW’s 25th anniversary, the informal reception held on the eve of the Congress will be upgraded to a gala dinner, followed by a party. See the invitation for details.
Please note that the venue has a limited capacity, so attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
EPLAW will keep a waiting list and will do its best to accommodate as many members as possible. Registrations will in any event close on Tuesday 24 November COB.
The Hotel
As in previous years, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Hotel for EPLAW registrants. The registration form includes a booking link with the discount code for the event. Once the block of rooms is exhausted, the discount code will no longer be available. In that case, please book your accommodation directly with The Hotel.
As always, only members of EPLAW who have paid their membership fee may register for and attend the congress and general assembly.
Women in EPLAW
Finally, we remind you that female members are warmly invited to provide input for our upcoming Women in EPLAW webinar series, and to register for the Women in EPLAW lunch, taking place at the restaurant Les Petits Oignons, Brussels on Thursday 26 November at 12:30.
EPLAW members can sign up for the Women in EPLAW lunch by ticking the relevant box during the congress registration process. Please note that, for practical reasons, registration for the Women in EPLAW lunch will close on Monday 16 November COB.
EPLAW activities are open exclusively to EPLAW members.
