Four EPLAW Board Members spoke today on the “Pre-Action Evidence Gathering for Patent Infringement in the UPC and National Courts” panel at the Litigation Matters event organised by the EPO in close cooperation with EPLAW.
The panel was moderated by newly elected EPLAW President Giovanni Galimberti and included Philippe Campolini, Alex Wilson and Raphaëlle Dequiré-Portier
