We are pleased to announce the release of Unified Patent Court Procedure- a truly international commentary on the UPC Agreement and Rules of Procedure (Beck/Hart/Nomos/Bloomsbury)
The Commentary, is co-edited by Sabine Age, Alex Wilson and Christof Augenstein. Its unique approach embraces and contextualises the international origins of the provisions of the UPCA and Rules of Procedure of the UPC, incorporating perspectives on most chapters from knowledgeable authors from a range of influential European patent jurisdictions including, France, Germany, Netherlands, UK and the Nordics.
In addition to reflecting recent UPC case law, the Commentary provides the context and origin of provisions, including by reference to national practice and case law- an invaluable tool for the practitioner as well as judges. The authors include 12 EPLAW authors including 3 Board Members and a Court of Appeal Judge.
