The 2026 edition of the BIE Symposium will be held on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. The symposium will take place in cooperation with the Dutch Journal of Industrial Property, ‘Berichten Industriële Eigendom’ (BIE).
The symposium will be chaired by Prof. Dr. Constant van Nispen, chair of the BIE Editorial Board, and will be held in the Auditorium of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam. The focus will be on recent developments at the Unified Patent Court.
