4th Dutch UPC Bench & Bar Meeting – 4 September
On 4 September, the 4th Dutch UPC Bench & Bar Meeting will be held. The focus of this event is on invalidity, particularly on the interplay between the UPC and the EPO, and the differences between the various UPC divisions.
The event is organized by and for UPC representatives, in cooperation with UPC Judges in The Hague. All UPC representatives from all countries are welcome to attend, either in person or remotely. The session will be in English.
Panelists will include UPC Judges Margot Kokke and Edger Brinkman, as well as UPC representatives Wim Maas (Taylor Wessing), Mari Korsten (NLO), and Ruud van der Velden (Hogan Lovells).
The meeting will take place at the offices of Hogan Lovells in Amsterdam. It will start at 4:30 p.m. (CEST), with doors opening at 4:00 p.m. A networking reception starting around 6:00 p.m. will conclude the afternoon.
