Young EPLAW – Programme, registration form and hotels

All patent litigators below 36 of course already saved the date for the Young EPLAW congress, which will take place on 28 April 2014 at the usual venue in Brussels (Le Méridien, close to the Central station).

Below, you will find a link to the draft programme and the registration form, as well as a list of hotels close-by.

Programme

This year, the morning will be dedicated to substantive topics like damages and second medical use claims, as well as to an update on the Swiss Federal Patent Court. In the afternoon, a session will relate to the Unified patent court and a panel will report on recent developments on insufficiency and plausibility.

Social event on Sunday 27 April 2013

The social event organized the evening before the Young EPLAW congress is one of the reasons for its success. This year again, the participants to the congress who will already be in Brussels will have an opportunity for networking by joining an informal diner. Details on the place where this social event takes place are in the registration form for the congress 

Deadline to register

The registration for the congress (and social event the evening before) should be completed by 24 April 2013 and sent to eplaw@veron.com.
