The UPC published its second annual report, highlighting the Court’s activities, case load and key achievements during this past year.
Klaus Grabinski, President of the Court of Appeal commented: “The UPC continued to strengthen its position in 2025 as a leading IP litigation forum. During this year, we focused on further developing UPC’s case law, launching the new CMS and engaging with stakeholders such as Member States and representatives. Against the background of successful 3 years following the launch of the Court, the UPC is firmly positioned to meet future challenges in a landscape of ever evolving technological progress.”
