The UJUB (Union for the Unified Patent Court) will hold its 4th mock trial in Paris on Monday 21 November 2022 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm CET

This 4th mock trial will take place in the International courtroom of the Paris Commercial Court (which will host the hearings of the Central Division of the UPC) and will be streamed live.

The mock panel is composed of:

– Dr Klaus Grabinski (DE), President Court of Appeal UPC
– Ms Camille Lignières (FR), Legally Qualified Judge, Local Division Paris UPC
– Mr Patrik Rydman (SE), Technically Qualified Judge UPC

The mock trial will be preceded by various welcome addresses by Mr Thierry Sueur (UJUB President), Mr Alexander Ramsay (Chairman Aministrative Committee UPC), Ms Florence Butin (President Court First Instance UPC), Minister Roland Lescure* (French Minister of Industry), and Minister Éric Dupont-Moretti* [ * to be confirmed]

EPLAW former President and honorary member Pierre Véron functions as UJUB Script Doctor & Coordinator and will deliver the Mock Trial Trailer.
