SES-imagotag SA vs. Hanshow Technology Co. Ltd. Et al., UPC Court of First Instance – Munich (DE) Local Division, 20 December 2023, Case no. UPC_CFI_292/2023
The Munich branch of the UPC Local Division has dismissed a Preliminary Injunction filed by SES-imagotag SA against Hanshow Technology Co Ltd. The Court determined that the EP3 883 277, which was discussed in a session three weeks prior, was not infringed.
The Court followed the defendants’ argument that amendments to the claims made during the grant procedure are relevant for the interpretation of the claim language.
