Message from former EPLAW President and honorary member Pierre Véron:
“The website of the Unified Patent Court makes available the decisions rendered by the Court, after anonymisation in accordance with the GDPR, here www.unified-patent-court.org/en/decisions-and-orders.
This page allows scrolling through individual descriptive sheets with links for downloading the decisions.
However, the search engine’s capabilities are limited (in particular, the search explores only the decisions’ description sheet and not their content).
To enable more efficient searching of UPC case law, I have added the following page to my website www.veron.com/upc-caselaw
It allows searching through the content of the decisions in full text or in the fields of the descriptive sheet (date, parties, case number, decision number, type of action, jurisdiction and division, language of proceedings, etc.) or combining both modes.
It currently contains the decisions published to date by the Unified Patent Court (around 60) and a number of machine translations; I will endeavour to keep it up-to-date.
Access to and use of this page are entirely free of charge.
Should you have any comment or suggestion for improving this tool, do not hesitate to let me know.
This other page of my website is still active www.veron.com/upc/trilingual-booklet: it allows downloading freely the trilingual booklet DE/EN/FR comprising Unitary Patent Regulations, Unified Patent Court Agreement and Rules of Procedure, the Brussels Ibis Regulation and the UPC’s table of fees.”
