Oerlikon Textile GmbH & CO KG v. Bhagat Textile Engineers, Milan, Local Division, 4 November 2024, Case no. UPC_CFI_241/2023
The UPC Local Division in Milan granted Oerlikon Textile a permanent injunction against Bhagat Textile Engineers. The case concerns EP ‘848 (‘False Twist Texturing Machine’).
Bhagat infringed the patent by promoting and offering the their structuring/texturing machine at the June 2023 ITMA trade show. The injunction covers Italy and Germany.
