Past EPLAW President and Honorary member Pierre Véron announces that his trilingual book comprising the Unitary Patent Regulations, the Unified Patent Court Agreement and the Rules of Procedure as adopted in July-August 2022 by the Administrative Committee has been updated.
The new version (466 pages) includes the Brussels Ibis Regulation and the UPC’s table of fees.
