Innovations 4 Flooring successfully attacks the Dutch part of Unilin’s patent on ‘floor covering, consisting of hard floor panels and method for manufacturing such floor panels.’ The Court rules that the patent is not inventive. The requested declaration of non infringement is also partially awarded.
