Fast & Fluid demanded a preliminary injunction against Santint and Zhengzhou due to alleged infringement on its EP 970 for a ‘valve assembly’. Santint and Zhengzhou successfully argue that there is a serious, not to be neglected chance that EP 970 will be revoked in proceedings on the merits due to lack of inventive step. Preliminary injunction denied.
