EPLAW Honoray member and former President Pierre Véron reports that his trilingual book which comprises the Unitary Patent Regulations, the Unified Patent Court Agreement, the Rules of Procedure and the Brussels Ibis Regulation has been updated.
“The 2026 edition (472 pages) incorporates the changes brought to the UPC Agreement in 2023 (Milan Section CD) and to the Rules of Procedure in 2025 (fees); it includes the updated UPC’s table of fees and Guidelines for the determination of the court fees and the ceiling of recoverable costs.

“The page of my website making available all the published decisions rendered by the Unified Patent Court (well over 1500 so far) is still active www.veron.com/upc-caselaw. It includes English translations of all the decisions issued in another language.
“It also allows searching through the content of the decisions in full text or in the fields of the descriptive sheet (date, parties, case number, decision number, type of action, jurisdiction and division, language of proceedings, etc.) or combining both modes. Access to and use of this page are entirely free of charge.”
