News – Save the dates: Two new EPLAW webinars

11 Feb 2025

Following last month’s successful Young EPLAW webinar, the EPLAW Board is pleased to announce that EPLAW will be hosting two new webinars in the coming weeks, this time for EPLAW members.

The first webinar will take place on 27 February at 16:30 CET and will be entitled “An update on plausibility: recent case law and how European courts have responded to the Enlarged Board’s decision in G2/21”. Our speakers for this webinar will be Raphaelle Dequiré-Portier (France), Giovanni Guglielmetti (Italy), Simon Holzer (Switzerland), Jin Ooi (UK) and Wouter Pors (the Netherlands). The discussion will be moderated by Penny Gilbert (UK).

A registration link was sent to EPLAW members.

The second webinar will take place on 18 March at 15:00 CET and will provide an update on SPCs, covering both recent case law on the subject and an update on the EU harmonisation proposal. More information on this second webinar will be sent out in due course, but in the meantime please mark your calendars.
