Today, yet another EPLAW webinar was held, this time addressing the highly debated topic of plausibility. After an introduction by Penny Gilbert, Jin Ooi (UK), Giovanni Guglielmetti (IT), Raphaëlle Dequiré-Portier (FR), Wouter Pors (NL), and Simon Holzer (CH) presented national perspectives from their respective countries, followed by a discussion moderated by Penny Gilbert.
The next EPLAW webinar will take place on 18 March at 15:00 CET and will provide an update on SPCs, covering both recent case law on the subject and the latest developments in the EU harmonisation proposal.
