The EPLAW Korea Outreach Group was delighted to host a delegation from the Korean Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA) in London, to exchange views on developments in patent disputes in Europe with a particular focus on Electrolux v BSH and its impact.
The 11 strong delegation from KPAA was led by its President Dookyu Kim and Vice Presidents Pilsung Jun, Hyun Tae CHA, Young Jun Heo and Changhoon LEE. The EPLAW Outreach Group was led by EPLAW board member Alex Wilson (Chair), Marleen van den Horst, (Vice Chair) Davide Graziano (Vice Chair) Rais Amils Arnal, Luca Ghedina, Martin Köhler, Daniel Lim, Tom Oliver and Michael Rüberg.
EPLAW looks forward to further opportunities to build on this new friendship to enhance our understanding of each other’s patent systems.
