The EPLAW Japan Outreach Group had the honour of visiting the Japan IP High Court at the start of the 2025 visit to Japan
The group was kindly welcomed by Chief Judge Masuda and Judges Imai, Iwai, Amano and Yasuoka and learned about the Court and recent case law. It was a great start to their visit. The delegation is made up of Alex Wilson, Marleen van den Horst , Ludvig Holm , Luca Pellicciari, Nora Kessler, Zoe Butler, Jean-Frédéric Gaultier, Amandine Métier, Luca Giove, Christian Dekoninck, Daniel Lim, Rais Amils, Michael Rüberg and Iris Arts.
