EPLAW & European Patent Office (EPO) Sign Strategic MoU at European Judges’ Forum 2025
EPLAW is proud to announce that at the European Judges’ Forum 2025 (Venice, 17–18 October), EPLAW and the EPO formalised a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance our cooperation in key areas of European patent litigation and dispute-resolution.
The MoU was signed by António Campinos, President of the EPO and Giovanni Galimberti, President of EPLAW. By integrating EPLAW’s litigation-lawyer community with the EPO’s institutional reach, our collaboration is expected to include jointly developed training materials, analytical tools and events.
