EPLAW Congress & General Assembly, Brussels, 4 December 2015

The congress focuses on the UPC, the alignment of national patent laws with the patent package and court fees and costs recovery under the Rules of procedure.

Participants will also hear about patent damages apportionment, a hot topic in the US.

Finally, EPLAW will report on the European patent judges forum which took place in Venice on 23 and 24 October 2015 and on the ongoing profile-raising programme of the EPLAW association.
