We are gearing up for the upcoming Young EPLAW Conference this Monday. Looking forward to seeing all Young EPLAW lawyers in Brussels!
The day will start with a keynote speech by Samuel Granata, Judge of the Court of First Instance of the UPC, Brussels Local Division:
‘Three Years UPC: From Start-Up to Growth Phase‘
After that, Young EPLAW lawyers will take the floor and discuss various topics:
– Interim licenses on the European stage;
– Current Developments before the UPC: consolidation of the UPC’s long-arm jurisdiction and recent guidance of the Court of Appeal on substantive issues;
– Changes expected from the upcoming EU Pharma Package; and
– PIs in the Pharmaceutical Space.
