The EPLAW Board is pleased to announce the next Young EPLAW webinar organised by and for the Young EPLAW community.
The webinar will take place on Friday 27 March, from 3 to 4 pm CET and will address “The Assessment of Inventive Step in the UPC”. It will explore:
- How inventive step is currently assessed within the UPC framework
- Comparative insights into the EPO approach, the German approach, and selected national practices
- Key lessons from the CoA decisions in Amgen v. Sanofi and Meril v. Edwards
- Practical takeaways for practitioners
