The Young EPLAW Congress 2026 will take place in Brussels on 20 April. A mock trial and informal reception will be held on 19 April.
Further details and registration links will be shared with EPLAW members. The Young EPLAW Congress is available exclusively for lawyer associates of current EPLAW members who are on track to become EPLAW members in the future.
Young EPLAW Webinar
The next Young EPLAW webinar will take place on 28 January at 3 pm CET and will address “The Assessment of Added Matter in the UPC”
It will explore:
- How added matter is assessed under the UPC framework
- Comparative insights into national practices and the EPO’s approach
- Practical takeaways for practitioners
